I’m contemplating purchasing a Prada bag on iOffer. It’s coming from China, and the seller only accepts PayPal. If it turns out to be a fraud, will I be protected if I file a dispute with PayPal and say I never received the item, or it was received considerably different from the pictures? I don’t want to buy it without knowing PayPal is protecting me.
