e post, I won’t talk about fake designer handbags, I will give a review of Gucci limited line for Olympics. August 8th, 2008 in Beiging. Our chinese people have had no close relationship with Olympics. As for famous luxury brands, it seems that they have done all they can to release their limited version toward the great eastern country. Like the “Great Wall Show” of Fendi, the “Silk Road” of Pierre Cardin. At the same time, one of the famous brands in fashion industry Gucci designed kinds of limited items for the grand gathering.

There were eight limited version named ‘2008-8-8’, they are one bike, one deck of Mah-jong, one Panda with unique plate, one Olympics watch, one pair of shoes, and two red casual bags. Let’s share them together!



A red bicycle sold at $3420. What a classic bike with Chinese favor! Just like the bike of mail carriers in some cities of China. Of course, there is a leather bag on the back of the bike, which symbolizes the Gucci signature.



As soon as I saw the Olympic Mah-jong, it gave me a big surprise. Actually, Mah-jong Game is one quintessence of Chinese culture, while foreigners seldom have experience with it. Maybe it was specially designed because the designers realized its great roles in China from some Chinese films,I think. It values $3150.



Then a lovely Panda doll which costs $1050. I cannot describe very well toward it, while I think it just like a foreigner with kaftan is speaking crosstalk. I mostly like its solid face.



Besides, there is a limited watch which costs $1415. It perfectly combines the red and black colors. Take a good look at the 2008 logo. Instead of the zero signature, it took the advantage of classic GG logo.

It is said that all of the items I mentioned above can only be boughtfrom Gucci designer-label store of Hongkong and the mainland of China. What a pity! Seems anybody who want to collect them have to come to China personally. I really wonder to know whether they have been sold out now.
