By people going to the stores they are also able to “upsell” the buyer. Convincing them to buy a more expensive bag or more items. -

My pencile case accidently openned in my bad and left pen mark and highlight ink in my bag. I tried soap and warm water but it is not coming off, expecially the highlighter inks.. Any idea?
