The handles seem to be made out of Leather and it does look authentic but the base of the bag seems to be made out of some kind of plastic, I don’t know what kind of material it is but it’s not leatherr. Does anyone know what kind of materials are used to make the Tivoli PM?

Then the face is white with a silver ring around it and has the LV stamps on it in different colors. Today is the first time I have ever worn it, otherwise it has been in my jewlery box so it is in great condition. Where can I get it appraised, besides a LV store, and/or does anyone know how much it is worth? Thank you!
